Step One: Initial Consultation
In this phase, we engage with our clients to understand their specific requirements, lifestyle needs, and preferences. We conduct a thorough assessment of the space, including measurements and existing conditions, to identify project goals and constraints. After the initial consultation a contract is provided with pricing for the design fees and guidelines for the service. Upon agreement and a deposit, the design work will begin.
Step Two: Concept Development
During this stage, the designer converts client insights into a cohesive design concept. This includes creating mood boards and developing preliminary layouts and design themes to express the clients’ envisioned aesthetic and functional outcomes.
Step Three: Design Development
Once the design is complete, the plan will be presented to the client with images, sample materials, and pricing. After both parties are in agreement of the design and furnishings, all items will be invoiced and ordered. We take care of all the ordering, tracking, inspecting and delivery to the job site. Our management of this piece takes the heavy work off the client's plate and makes sure that the project timeline stays on track.Step Four: Project Implementation
The design plan is then executed by the designer coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure the design is realized according to specifications. This stage involves managing construction, installations, and any necessary adjustments to maintain design integrity.
Step Five: Final Touches and Project Completion
In the final phase, we add finishing touches to complete the project for the final reveal. A final walkthrough is conducted with the client to confirm satisfaction, and any last-minute adjustments are made. We will provide guidance on maintaining the new interior. -
